Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• After receiving the bonus and before making a withdrawal, a total bet of 10 times the combined amount (deposit + bonus) must be placed (10x wagering).

• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is identified, the bonus will be cancelled.

VIP Cashback Program

pq77's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Refund Upon Account Cancellation

In the event of account cancellation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member's payment method, provided there is no fraud or breach of terms and conditions, in which case this policy may not apply.
